Sheer, dark navy crop top by wrinqle, the in-house brand of inoue pleats co. Made from a really unusual and quite exquisite, wrinkled lace fabric designed to stretch to accommodate the body. It has a high, round neck, shrunken / short fit, and gathered sections of fabric at the shoulder to create the effect of cap sleeves.
