Shawl by tricot comme des garcons (1991). Made from rich, red and cream check wool fabric with additional check embroidered over woven portions (see picture 8), the most striking thing about shawl overall is just how bloody big it is (it's pretty huge (2.5m by almost 1.4m when fully unfurled)). Tassels at the edges.

In excellent condition for its age, with small mark to fabric (see picture 9).
