A black blazer by japanese designer teiji hayama (who is also swiss-based japanese contemporary artist teiji hayama), made in 1999 when they had a label in tokyo. It is made from a double-faced (meaning the outer fabric is also used as the lining) dark greenish / greyish black polyester fabric with a slight sheen, and has a two button front, notch lapels, flap pockets at the waist, and single back vent. My experience with double faced garments in general (see also this maison martin margiela line 6 "HEAVY WEIGHT" blazer) is that using the same material as both the surface fabric and the lining produces a slightly puffy effect, and that seems to be the case here also.

The blazer is in excellent condition, with a small mark near the top button (see picture).
