A high neck jacket from PLEATS PLEASE ISSEY MIYAKE. Produced in a cream version of his signature, heat set pleated polyester, the jacket has a crisp double zip opening and interesting, angled sleeve construction. The jacket also has two discrete side pockets and drawstrings at the hem.
