A padded blazer by japanese brand neighborhood. Made in 2001 from a dense blue polyester, it has a three button front, notch lapels, and three patch pockets. Despite these relatively conventional design details, the blazer is rendered unusual as a result of being padded with down, giving it a comical, puffy quality.
