Blazer from mitsuhiro matsuda's 'monsieur nicole' label (1980s, during the period the line was designed by yukio kobayashi aka 'koba'). Made from dark grey worsted wool with detailed (but quite subtle) dot pattern, it has a three button front, notch lapels, and flap pockets at the waist. Cut is relaxed.
