A beige cotton / poly raincoat by british designer margaret howell. Produced circa 1990s in a crisp, lightweight cotton, it has a covered button front placket, buttoned waist pockets, and taps at the cuffs that allow cinching. A removable woolen liner on the inside of the coat provides extra warmth, but also the option to wear the coat in warmer weather.
