A cropped, short sleeve cardigan top by JUNYA WATANABE COMME DES GARCONS. A typically idiosyncratic design by Junya, the cardigan was produced in 2007 and is made from a gray knit fabric with an argyle pattern. It is oddly shaped, with extra fabric around the shoulders and arms which can be worn in multiple ways, twisted and layered around the armholes or bunched up at the back. In both cases the result is a distorted, misshapen garment. The top is opened via four large, metal press studs at the front of the garment. The cuffs and hem are finished with a thick rib knit.
