A blazer from lengthily-named dirk bikkembergs womens line, 'dirk bikkembergs hommes pour la femme'. Made for winter 1996, the blazer combines a burgundy, cotton-viscose base fabric with a see-through polyester mesh, cut to the same shape and then layered over the top. This creates an unusual visual effect, almost sheeny in some lights and just confusing in others.

The blazer has a three button front placket, notch lapels, padded shoulders, and two flap pockets at the waist. The jacket is cut long through the body and sleeves, with darting used to create shape.

Good condition, with a few small marks to the fabric. Another of this same blazer in slightly better condition here.
