A longish work-style jacket by comme des garcons homme (winter 1991). It's made in a lightweight black wool but filled with a polyester padding, which provides warmth and gives the jacket a soft, vaguely puffy feeling. It has a zipped front with a point collar, ribbed cuffs, and welt pockets at the side. The waist can be cinched via an internal drawstring (see pictures 1-2).
