Comme des Garcons 2001 navy striped cotton jersey triple armhole maxi dress
A navy and white striped maxi dress from now discontinued comme des garcons line robe de chambre (2001). Made from a sturdy cotton jersey, it has a round neck and short sleeves, with several panels added near the bottom of the dress where the pattern of the stripe has been deliberately broken (see pictures). Additionally, there is a hole under the right arm which will either expose part of the torso or can alternatively be used as a third armhole. When worn this way, the right sleeve becomes a high neck, the neck becomes the left sleeve, the left sleeve becomes an extraneous sleeve, and the dress will twist somewhat against the body.
The dress is very, very long (see measurements).
