Sleeveless dress by comme des garcons (1999), made from very lightweight, semi-sheer black cupra fabric with slight/subtle sheen. Has a scooped v-neck, and cut slim through the body but flares out at the hem. Dress has panelled construction at hem (hard to see in the images and probably also in life).
