Long white skirt by wrinqle, the in-house brand of inoue pleats co. Made from a stretchy polyester fabric with an unusual crinkled surface, it has an elastic waist, fitted shape, and hem section with a slightly different texture to the upper part of the skirt.

New with tags, faint mark on fabric (see picture 10).
