Long sleeveless dress by wrinqle, the in-house brand of inoue pleats co. The fabric is a transparent, creased polyester with a lovely, sort of wavey blue and white pattern and just a slight hint at glitteriness (there's a little glitter). It has a high neck, and column-y, body-skimming shape.
