Long sleeve shirt by japanese designer yoshiyuki konishi under his “don konishi” moniker. Made from crisp blend of polyester, nylon, and polyurethane with striking yellow, red, green, and grey stripe, it has a slightly large / exaggerated point collar, buttoned cuffs, and back yoke.

Good condition, with some small marks (see for example picture 9).
