Three quarter sleeve top from yoshiki hishinuma line ‘peplum’, made from pleated / wrinkled polyester in a bright-ish but not bright bright orange. As first sentence suggests, most noteworthy part (apart from fabric obviously) is three quarter length of three quarter length sleeves, but top also has high, boat neck-ish necklie, and slightly short (although not quite cropped) length through body. Pleated/wrinkled fabric will stretch substantially.
