High neck top by wrinqle (the in-house brand of inoue pleat co), made from a really exquisite, three dimensional polyester fabric. The appearance of the fabric is difficult to describe, but is something like: small white bobbles in the middle of wrinkled or crumpled green sections, with a blue and white underlayer increasingly visible as the top is stretched. It is likely the bobbly sections were tied up, the fabric compressed, and then the whole thing heat set in some way.

The top is not necessarily designed to be reversible, but could be worn on the reverse side (blue and white, with green poking through) if the tags were cut off.
