A knit pullover shirt from issey miyake line 'permanente'. Made circa 1980s from a medium weight grey wool jersey, the shirt has a small point collar and an overlapped front which is fastened via a single button at the collar. It can also be worn unbuttoned, which will cause the front to hang open. The overlapped design continues at the back, but won't hang open.
