This longsleeve knit from cult Japanese label ATTACHMENT is made from a soft, tactile cotton in a dark blue tone. It is a simple design except for one key detail: the garment's seams have been left unfinished, and then sewn on the outside. Because the garment is made from a substantial jersey knit, these unfinished seams will not fray like a woven fabric but will curl up over time. This detail is particularly striking at the centre back, where this exterior seam allowance runs down the length of the garment. The longsleeve is produced here in a beautifully dark, petrol blue. There are no visible tags in the garment except the size tag, which bears ATTACHMENT'S familiar typeface. This leads us to believe the garment may be a sample of some sort.
