Khaki army jumper by british outdoor company peter storm (1998), in the 704 "camouflages" style. Made in medium weight wool rib knit with a multicoloured camouflage pattern, the jumper has  a turtleneck, fabric patches at shoulders and elbows, and ribbed cuffs and hem. It has been treated with peter storm's "W.1 proofing", which "makes the outer membrane of wool completely waterproof" but "does not seal the pores in the outer membrane, and does not touch the absorbent core" (which means it should breathe as well as a regular (non-waterproof) jumper).
