Pullover windbreaker (sometimes called an anorak instead) by french designer jean colonna, made from lightweight cotton fabric. Has large funnel neck with drawstring along edge of opening, small covered front pocket, eyelets at underarms to help let air in/out, and exposed metal zip opening along the right side seam.
