Black blazer by issey miyake permanente (c. 1990s). Made from lightweight, sheeny cotton-nylon fabric with very slightly creased or crunchy or rumpled texture, it has a three button front, notch lapels, and single buttoned patch pocket at the left breast. Cut is fairly relaxed.
