A layered skirt or tube dress from issey miyake line 'permanente'. As previous sentence beginning "A layered skirt or tube dress" implies, garment can be worn two ways: as a fairly long skirt, or as a shorter, tube-style dress. Made from a wrinkled, gauzy pink cotton fabric, it has an elastic waist (allowing for some variation in sizing) and tiered construction, making the top portion more opaque than it would be with just one layer.
