A flared skirt by wrinqle (the in-house brand of inoue pleats co), with yellow and red stripes on a navy base. Made from a crisp, crunchy, very slightly sheeny woven poly fabric, the skirt is pleated at the waist and then allowed to flare out from the hips. A thick band of fabric (with the same stripe but running horizontally) is sewn along the hem. The hem band itself has several deep pleats, and two red fabric bands sewn onto it (one at the front and one at the back).
