Skirt by japanese designer yoshiki hishinuma (circa 1990s). It is made from an unusual polyester fabric with thick, bluey-grey stripes transfer-printed over the top of a gingham base, and a distinctive creased finish. The skirt is fitted, but stretchy, with an elasticated waist and ruffle detail at the hem.
