Maxi skirt by japanese designer osakentaro. Really fun garment, with a thickish, cream or off-white netting fabric layered over the top of an apricot-y satin base fabric (made from nylon). Has an elastic waist, back split for movement, and the outer netting layer is cut slightly shorter than the inner satin.
