Cardigan and skirt set from yoshiki hishinuma line peplum, made in wrinkled / pleated black polyester fabric with circular, radiating pattern. Cardigan has round neck, seven button front, shaping through waist, and ruffled hem. Skirt has elastic waist, and some flare to hem.
