A black wrap skirt, made circa 1970s by an unknown japanese manufacturer. It is made from one large piece of acrylic-poly fabric with a waistband sewn along the top edge, and self-fabric ties at each end of the waistband which allow the skirt to be adjusted to fit the waist of the wearer. There is an intricate red, yellow, and green rose print covering the surface of the skirt.
