Maxi skirt from yoshiki hishinuma line 'peplum', made from beige, pleated poly-cotton fabric. Fabric has springy quality, and more substantial handle than you might expect (although obviously can't be sure what you do or not expect). Colour and texture, although not shape, sort of reminiscent of popcorn. Skirt has elastic waist, petticoat provided to wear underneath.
