Fluorescent orange jacket by marithe & francois girbaud, made from lightweight, crunchy polyester surface fabric with fleece lining. It has zipped front placket, high neck (collar can be worn up or folded down like a polo shirt), and elaborate / decorative top stitching (in places resembling pockets, but sadly perhaps, without being them).

Decent/good condition, with some marks to the fabric (see picture 10).
